Task Templates (Customer Guide)
Task Templates let you define a reusable task once and apply it to many Jobs or Loads/Legs.

- Requirements:
- Required task
- Requires photo
- Requires signature
- Requires note
- Active: If off, the template wonβt be applied/used.
Creating a Templateβ
- Go to Settings β Task Templates β Templates
- Click Create Task Template
- Fill in the fields (Template Name + Task Title are required)
- Save
Editing a Template (Important Notes)β
- Editing a template updates the template definition for future use.
- Tasks that were already created from templates may not automatically change (depending on how that task was created and whether it snapshots template fields).
Tip for trucking operations
Keep Load/Leg templates driver-focused and action-oriented (photos, signatures, POD, checklists). Put dispatcher/back-office items on Job templates.
